To ensure smooth and secure payment processing, please review the following details carefully.

Production and shipping arrangements will begin only after full payment is received.
Full bank information will be provided after you confirm your order, including:
Bank Name
SWIFT Code
Account Name
Account Number
Bank Address
Please note:
All bank fees must be paid by the buyer.
When making the transfer, choose “OUR” (payer covers all fees).
Ensure your bank does not convert or adjust the transferred amount.
All pricing is listed in USD (United States Dollars).
Payments must be made in USD to avoid exchange rate discrepancies.
If your local bank requires currency conversion, please ensure:
✔ The final credited amount matches the invoice total
✔ Bank fees are paid by the sender
✔ No deductions occur during intermediary bank processing
If a payment is received with a shortage due to bank fees or conversion errors, we will notify you and request the remaining balance before production begins.
Once your transfer is completed, please provide:
A screenshot or PDF of the transfer receipt
Your full name or company name used for the transfer
The amount sent (in USD)
The date the transfer was made
This allows us to:
Match your payment with your order
Begin preparing materials
Schedule your production in our manufacturing queue
Production officially starts after the payment is fully received in our bank account.
Once your payment arrives, we will send you:
Payment Received Confirmation Email
Estimated production timeline
Shipping preparation details
Typical international wire transfer times:
Asia → Taiwan: 1–2 business days
USA / Canada → Taiwan: 2–4 business days
Europe / Australia → Taiwan: 3–5 business days
These timelines vary depending on intermediary banks and national holidays.
We will notify you immediately when your payment clears.
Upon confirmation of payment, we will issue:
Official Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Proforma Invoice (if required prior to payment)
These documents will also be used for:
Export customs
Air freight shipping
Import declaration (in your country)
